New Jersey Fishing & Beach Access/Parking Permits

The following list covers the most common fishing and beach access/parking permits available to New Jersey anglers. The information contained on this list is based on the rules, regulations and requirements for the 2003 season.

Please note: This information is provided as a service to our visitors "as is". Rules, regulations and/or requirements (including fees) have been known to change from time to time, even during the same year. When we become aware of a change we will update this page accordingly. Also, certain areas (towns, municipalities, etc.) may require their own permits for beach access and/or parking in addition to the ones listed here. Further, beaches sometimes overlap jurisdictions and require multiple permits for complete access.  It is always your responsibility ensure you have the proper valid permits for the area(s) you fish and that you comply with the most current regulations.
