These is the standard tying thread for saltwater fly tiers throughout the world. Thin yet strong it can be used for tying nearly every pattern from small bonefish flies to large offshore patterns. Also very good for large freshwater flies. Approximately size "A" thread.

Tip: White is a good all-around color for most patterns. Use red to quickly and easily simulate gills. Black is good for darker patterns or as contrast on bright flies. Fluorescent colors are great on offshore/bluewater and warm water tropical flies!
