The following terms apply to all orders processed
and shipped by ArtsNFlies.com. Specific shipping
options may also have additional terms and policies listed under the
specific option.
Order Processing
We strive to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.
However, due to the 24/7
nature of E-commerce and online ordering we are unable to process orders
around the clock.
Orders that contain items in stock can
typically be processed with in 1-2 business days from when the order
is placed. Orders for items that are out-of-stock, special orders or for items that
have to be manufactured will take longer to process.
The delivery times for the various
shipping options we offer are
approximate based on the number of U.S. business days after your
order has been shipped from our location (we ship orders from the New
York/Northeast USA region) and not necessarily when the order is placed.
Please allow for possible additional delivery time during peak periods such as holidays.
Incorrect Shipping Option Selected
If the customer selects an incompatible shipping
option for the specified delivery location (e.g. selecting Standard for
an international order, giving a PO Box address for ground shipping
etc) we will substitute an alternate
shipping option and adjust the order's shipping charges accordingly.
The customer agrees to accept these changes and any additional charges
without dispute.
Express Service
Selecting Express Service does not guarantee
we will ship your order the same day it is placed and have it delivered the next day.
Rather, we will ship it via over night delivery service (next-day
delivery) on the day
the order is actually shipped - typically the next business day, but
can not
guaranteed. For your protection a signature is
always required for overnight delivery. Signature waiver is not
available.
Additionally, Over Night/Next Day delivery
may not be available to some shipping addresses such as rural/remote areas or
businesses that are closed on certain days. It is beyond our control
to determine if the shipping address a customer has provided is in
fact eligible for Over Night/Next Day delivery at the time we process
the order. In all cases while we
will ship your order via Over Night/Next Day delivery we can not
guarantee the arrival date. In all cases ArtsNFlies.com is not
responsible for the delivery carrier failing to meet expected delivery
times for any reason.

Gift
Certificate Shipping
At this time ArtsNFlies.com does not charge for shipping Gift
Certificates on domestic USA orders. International orders or orders
requesting Over Night Express/Next Day delivery will be charged for shipping.
If your order contains other items in addition to ArtsNFlies.com Gift
Certificate(s), the gift certificate(s) shipping will be included in the
shipping charges quoted for our Standard
Shipping or Over Night Express/Next Day delivery options.
If your order contains only ArtsNFlies.com Gift Certificate(s),
the gift certificate(s) will be shipped via First Class U.S. Postal
Mail. The customer assumes full risk for delivery. Priority Mail,
Over Night Express/Next Day delivery is available upon request and will be charged
accordingly.
Signature
RequirementUpdate January 1st,
2007: For the protection and security of our customers all orders
being shipped to a multi-residence, multi-location address (e.g.
apartment, suite, unit, mail stop, etc.) and/or a business address will require an adult
signature to complete delivery. For such orders an additional
processing rate will be added to cover this service. By providing a
multi-residence, mulit-location and/or business address the customer agrees to pay
the additional rate without dispute.
In addition, ArtsNFlies.com reserves the
right to require a signature for deliver if in our sole opinion it is
prudent in order to provide a higher degree of certain delivery.
Some shipping options such as Express
Delivery or insured delivery may require an adult signature to
complete delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring an
authorized adult signatory will be available to sign for the delivery.
In all cases ArtsNFlies.com is not
responsible for delayed delivery if a signatory is not available.
Insurance
Our shipping charges do not include
insurance. Insurance is available upon request. Depending on the size
of your order and the amount of insurance applied a signature may be
required to complete delivery. Further, if in the opinion of
ArtsNFlies.com the size and/or type of order warrants it we will add
insurance to your order. Please read our
signature requirement policy.
If the customer requests insurance an
additional charge will be applied to the order. The
customer agrees to pay the additional charge without dispute.
If ArtsNFlies.com adds insurance to your
order based on our opinion of the order no additional charges will be
applied.
Shipping Notification
and Order Tracking
At this time we do not send notice when
your order is shipped. You may request the tracking number (if
applicable for the shipping method your have requested) be emailed to you
when your order is shipped. Be sure to provide a valid email address
with your order.
Orders shipped via our standard shipping method or by Express Mail can
be tracked at the U.S. Postal Service website.

Orders shipped by FedEx or UPS can be tracked from their respective
websites.

Adjustments
In all cases if adjustments and/or
additional shipping charges are required to ship your order as
requested, by making such request(s) the customer authorizes
ArtsNFlies.com to apply these adjustments/charges without the customer's
pre-approval and/or confirmation. The customer agrees to accept these
charges without dispute.
General Waiver and
ReleaseArtsNFlies.com reserves
the right to decline shipping to a given address for any reason.
In all cases, the customer agrees to indemnify and "hold harmless"
ArtsNFlies.com, its owners, employees, official representatives, and
their assigns from any claims, damages and/or losses
resulting from activities including but not limited to processing and/or
shipping delays, delayed delivery, miss-deliveries, loss and/or theft
during transit after the order has been shipped, and/or "Acts of God"
during shipping.
Undeliverable and Refused Orders
Orders that can not be delivered to the customer's
shipping address for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect or
incomplete address, missing apartment or suite number, no response at
address) and/or orders that are declined or refused
delivery will not be refunded and are subject to an additional 25%
restocking fee. If the customer requests redelivery of a previously
undeliverable order (undeliverable address, declined or refused) the shipping&handling charge as
well as an additional 25% reshipping fee will be
charged to the customer.
Orders Not
Picked Up
Orders sent using certain delivery methods
(e.g. insured) will require a signature to complete delivery. If, at
the time the delivery is attempted, no one is available to sign for
the order the carrier will typically leave a written notice of the
attempted delivery.
It is the customers responsibility to either
a) go to the carriers location (e.g. U.S. Post Office, FedEx depot
etc.) and pick up the
package, or, b) contact the carrier and request re-delivery of the
order, or, c) if another delivery attempt will be made automatically
then to have someone available to sign for the order. In all cases
if the order is not signed for and/or picked up in a timely manner (as
per the instructions left by the carrier) it will be returned to
ArtsNFlies.com in accordance with the policies of the shipping
carrier.
If an order is returned to ArtsNFlies.com
due to non-signatory or non-pickup, a second separate processing and shipping charge
will be imposed if the customer request re-shipping. If the customer
does not request re-shipping of a returned order no refund or credit
will be issued.
ArtsNFlies.com reserves the right to change
shipping options,
policies
and/or rates
at anytime
without notice.
It is the customer's responsibility to review these options and policies
periodically
for any changes and/or revisions.
