We strive to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Due to the 24/7 nature of E-commerce and online ordering the delivery times are approximate based on the number of U.S. business days after your order has been shipped from our location (we ship orders from the New York/Northeast USA region) and not necessarily when the order is placed. Please allow for possible additional delivery time during peak periods such as holidays.

• Standard Shipping - US Postal Priority Mail
  
  
  Our standard shipping method for domestic USA orders is by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation from the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery time varies depending on the order's destination. Most orders  arrive in 2 to 3 days after processing.
  
  
   
• Express Service
  
  Express Service includes both expedited order processing and over-night shipping method. Our standard over-night delivery method is via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. Express Mail delivers next day to most locations with in the U.S. (some rural, distant or remote addresses may take longer and is beyond our control). Additional shipping charges will apply for Express Service. Weekend and holiday delivery is included unless the customer requests otherwise. A signature is required for delivery.
  
  Over-Night delivery via Federal Express or UPS instead of USPS Express Mail is available upon request (USA orders only). Additional shipping charges will apply for FedEx or UPS service. A signature will be required for delivery.
  
  Please note that requesting Express Service does not guarantee you will receive your order the next day after it is place. Please read our Express Service Policy and Back Order Policy regarding Express Service.
  
  
   
• Ground Shipping
  
  Some customers prefer ground shipping their order. ArtsNFlies.com offers ground shipping by Federal Express or UPS (we will select which unless the customer specifically requests) upon request. Ground shipping is available for domestic USA orders only and and requires a street address (no PO Boxes). A signature may be required for delivery depending on the exact ground service requested. Delivery times will vary depending on the distance. An additional shipping charge will apply if ground delivery service is requested.
  
   
• International Shipping
  
  • ArtsNFlies.com is happy to serve our international customers.
    
     
  • For all orders sent outside the U.S. and its possessions (including APO, FPO and Canadian addresses) you must select the appropriate international shipping option. We normally ship international orders via U.S. Postal Air Mail, Global Priority or EMS service. Federal Express international delivery is also available upon request. Additional charges will apply if requested. If another shipping method (example: DHL or UPS) is requested, we will try to accommodate the request but can not guarantee it. In all cases we reserve the right to ultimately choose the delivery method and adjust the shipping costs accordingly without notice or confirmation.
     
  • If you select the Standard/USA only shipping option for your international order will we adjust the shipping to the correct amount when we process your order. By selecting the Standard/USA only shipping option (either accidentally or intentionally)  for your international order and not selecting the correct international shipping option you agree to pay the correct international shipping amount without dispute.
    
     
  • Shipping charges displayed by our shopping cart for international orders are estimated. Certain countries and/or areas have limited delivery options and can be significantly expensive to ship to. ArtsNFlies.com will make a best effort to remain with in the shipping charges indicated by the shopping cart system. In all cases we reserve the right to add additional shipping charges for international orders without notice or confirmation. The customer agrees to pay these additional charges without dispute.
    
     
  • Any import duties, fees, taxes etc. are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Further, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the items being ordered are legal for import, possession and/or use in the customer's country. ArtsNFlies.com is not responsible for orders delayed, misdirected, prohibited, confiscated or returned due to customs regulations. No refund or credit will be issued.
    
     
• Gift Certificate Shipping
  
  At this time ArtsNFlies.com does not charge for shipping Gift Certificates on domestic USA orders. International orders or orders requesting Over Night Express/Next Day delivery will be charged for shipping.
