If with in 30 days from the date your order
was processed (as it appears on the printed invoice you received with
your item(s) - not necessarily the same date on which you placed your order) you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return
your order for an ArtsNFlies.com merchandise credit, less shipping&handling
and any special delivery service fees.
The following details the ArtsNFlies.com merchandise return/exchange
& refund
policy:
- Customers must contact
ArtsNFlies.com for return authorization before returning
an item. ArtsNFlies.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of
20% if the
customer has not received pre-authorization to return the item(s).
- All returnable items must be returned in the same
condition as
received.
- All flies must be unused and in the original sealed packages.
Used flies can not be returned.
- All tying materials must be
unused and in the original packages. Used materials, no matter how
little used, can not be returned.
- Fly of The Month Club memberships may be
cancelled at any time. A merchandise credit will be issued for the prorated
amount of time remaining on the membership, less the initial shipping.
- All videos such as Mike Laptew Production and The Fishing Line videos can not be
returned once the video package seal has been opened. Defective videos may be exchanged for another video of the same title only.
- If an item not manufactured by ArtsNFlies.com
(such as wading staffs) breaks or becomes defective after 30 days please
contact the manufacturer for their warranty service.
- Wrap the item(s) for return in the same or similar packaging
material as they were received.

Send the item(s) by insured and traceable delivery
method. Insure the item(s) for
their full
value (the amount on the invoice you paid for them). We are not responsible for items sent uninsured
that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Send the item(s) with full and proper pre-paid shipping
postage.
We will not accept COD or postage due returns.
ArtsNFlies.com will issue a
merchandise credit
(not including shipping and any sales tax)
within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Merchandise credits are good for 1 calendar year
from when the credit was issued. No cash refunds will be issued. The credit can be used to purchase any item offered by ArtsNFlies.com including auction items.
Merchandise credits can not be
redeemed or converted to cash.
PLEASE NOTE: Merchandise credits can be applied to items purchased
through Amazon.com, J.C. Whitney, Orvis or any of our other affiliated
merchants.
Any items purchased through Amazon.com,
J.C. Whitney, Orvis or one of our other affiliated merchants must be sent directly to them.
Please contact the specific merchant to obtain their return policy and procedures.
DO NOT SEND US ANY ITEMS FOR THESE MERCHANTS! We reserve the
right to refuse delivery and/or return any such items post due. Further,
ArtsNFlies.com is not responsible for loss, theft and/or damage due to
this policy.
Custom flies and/or items that have been
special ordered are subject to return at the discretion of ArtsNFlies.com. If accepted for return, ArtsNFlies.com reserves the
right to charge a nominal re-stocking fee for special orders returned.
Return/Exchange policies are subject
to change
without notice.
