Payments
All orders must be accompanied by full
payment. ArtsNFlies.com offers a number of
payment options that satisfy this requirement.
Any order received with incomplete, improper
or insufficient payment will not be processed until full payment has
been received. ArtsNFlies.com is not responsible for delays, damages
and/or losses caused by
awaiting full payment.
Credit/Debit Card Charge Disputes
ArtsNFlies.com uses the services of a credit
card processor and merchant bank to charge and collect payments from
customers paying with credit/debit cards. While we believe these
services are of high quality and reputation their operation is
beyond our control. As such we can not guarantee the accuracy or
reliability of the services.
ArtsNFlies.com is happy to work with customers to investigate and
resolve problems or issues relating to claims of incorrect credit card
charges* (*"Incorrect Credit Card Charges" is defined as
transposition of numbers, misread of the amount to be charged,
manual keying errors when processing the charge, or any manual
and/or human error performed while entering the customer's charges.
It does not include dispute or disagreement regarding the
cost of a product and/or service purchased, including shipping and
any special delivery services.).
In order to
speedily research the problem we may ask for a copy (do not send
originals!) of your credit card or bank statement(s) that show the
erroneous charge(s). This information will be kept strictly confidential
and only shared with our credit card processor and/or merchant bank as part of the
investigation.
If the results of the investigation determine
that ArtsNFlies.com had entered an incorrect credit card charge (as
defined above) a refund or merchandise credit will be issued for the
difference between the amount charged and the correct amount.
If the results of the investigation determine
an error was made by the credit card processor, the merchant bank,
the customer's credit card company and/or credit card's issuing bank
any refunds and/or adjustments will be made by responsible
aforementioned party. ArtsNFlies.com will not issue any refunds
and/or credits for errors performed by the aforementioned parties.
In all cases the customer agrees to indemnify
and "hold harmless" ArtsNFlies.com, its owners, employees, official
representatives, and their assigns from any claims, damages,
liability, charges (including but not limited to service, interest
and/or finance charges) and/or losses resulting from errors
performed by the systems of the credit card processor and/or the
merchant bank.
