If you cast a fly across the nose of a trophy bonefish and he refuses to strike it's not our fault. If the hook bends or breaks on a 50 lb. striped bass during a tournament it's not our fault. If the tidal information is wrong and you get caught in the sand and swamped or dragged by the tide or knocked off a jetty, or run aground in the bay or ocean, it's not our fault. If the bird house on your back yard tree is blown through your kitchen window during a storm, or the sketch you hung in your den gets knocked down by your 4 year old and breaks the coffee table, it's not our fault.

ArtsNFlies.com also reserves the right to decline orders on a category basis, including but not limited to orders from certain countries or regions, states or provinces, cities or municipalities, and from specific persons, groups or organizations. Customers whose orders are so declined will not be charged for the order or part thereof. If advanced payment has accompanied the order (including but no limited to check, money order, electronic payment) ArtsNFlies.com will return the payment or issue a refund. ArtsNFlies.com is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable refunds.
    
    
13. All orders are valid for 10 business days from the day the order is received by ArtsNFlies.com. Payment in full must be received with in that time via any payment method described on our Payments Options page in order to receive the price quoted on the invoice. ArtsNFlies.com reserves the right to cancel or deny orders at any time after the 10^th business day if full payment has not been received. If the customer wishes to continue with an online order cancelled due to non-payment he/she must re-enter the order in full via our online system. Prices will be the prevailing prices at the time of re-entry. Mail-order orders cancelled due to non-payment must be pre-paid in full before the order is shipped. In all cases ArtsNFlies.com reserves the right to charge a nominal restocking fee for any item(s) re-ordered with in 60 calendar days after a previous order(s) (online or mail-order) has been cancelled due to non-payment.
