the "check out" area. There your order is totaled, billing and payment
information is securely entered, and your order is sent to us to be fulfilled.

number printed on the printed/hardcopy bill you receive with your items.

The instructions below take you step-by-step through the process
of placing an order with ArtsNFlies.com. You may print this page and
keep it near by as a guide.
Please note: Some of our
book, video, DVD, CD's, flowers and
Orvis orders are entered and processed directly through our affiliated merchants
(Amazon, Orvis, J.C. Whitney etc.). They have a slightly different method for placing
orders. If you have any questions about ordering with our affiliated merchants please

ArtsNFlies.com Online Ordering Instructions:
- Select and click on the catalog
page you
wish to browse. You may switch back and forth between our catalog
pages as often as you like.
- Select and click the category/type of flies,
materials, videos, books etc. you
wish to view. The system will display all the items in the category you have chosen.
- For each item you wish to purchase select the size, style,
color, etc. for that item. Please note that not all items require you to make a selection
for size, style, color, etc.
- Enter the quantity you wish to purchase (you can always
change the quantity later before the order is completed).

Click on the Add To Cart button to place
this item into your shopping cart (you can always remove the item later before the order
is completed!).
- The system will display the contents of your shopping cart,
including the item you just selected. Any items you have previously selected
and put into your shopping cart are also
displayed.

If you wish to continue browsing our catalog click the
gray Continue
Shopping Button on the bottom right side of the shopping cart screen. Continue with
step #8.
If you are finished shopping and are ready to place your order click the continue with step #10.

At any time you can view the contents of your shopping cart
by clicking on the Shopping Cart link at the top of any
page on our website.

When you have finished shopping, click on the
Shopping Cart button located at the top of each page one our website.
- The system will display the contents of your shopping cart
along with the total of your order (not including shipping charges, coupon or gift
certificate discounts and sales tax, if applicable).

To change the Quantity of an item in
your shopping cart: Simply overtype the
Quantity of the item with a new value and click the Change
Qty button for that item. The system will
recalculate and redisplay your order based in the new quantity. You must
click the Change button for the new Quantity to be recorded!
To remove
(delete) an item completely from your shopping cart: Click the Remove Item
button for the item you wish to delete from
your cart. The system will recalculate and redisplay your order.
If you have a gift or discount coupon enter the code number and click the Enter button.
The system will recalculate and redisplay your order adjusted for the coupon. You must click the Enter button for the discount to be applied
to your order!
- Select the shipping method for your order, payment method (Secure Online Credit
Card, FAX, Pay Pal, Check/Money Order) and indicate sales tax.
Orders being shipped to New York State: Please click the Sales Tax check
box if your order is being shipped to an address in New York
State.
If you forget to check this box we will add in the sales tax
when we process your order.

Click on the
gray Purchase for $nn.nn
button (where $nn.nn is the total of your order) located on the
lower left corner of the shopping cart screen. The system will
take you through a series of screens and prompt you to enter your billing, shipping and
payment information.
Orders by Secure Online Credit Card:
Online orders can be paid by secure credit card transaction. After you
enter you shipping and billing address you will be taken to our secure
page for entering your credit card information.
If you prefer to mail your credit card order please follow the
directions below for Orders by Check/Money
Order. However, instead of sending a check or money order be
sure to write on your receipt (that you are mailing to us for the
order) your credit card type (Visa or Mastercard) the full account
number and the full expiration date (MM/DD/YYYY).
Orders by Pay Pal: After you enter you shipping
and billing address you will be taken to you will be taken to Pay
Pal's secure web page for entering your Pay Pal payment
information. Please follow the instructions on the Pay Pal web
site completely to avoid delays with your order. Upon completing
your Pay Pal payment you will automatically be returned to our
shopping cart system.
Orders by Check/Money Order:
Orders to be placed my mail can be paid by check or money order. After you have
completed your order, at the bottom of the last shopping cart
page (the page that is your receipt) there will be instructions
for where to mail your check or money order payment. Please
follow them complete to avoid delays with your order.
To ensure an accurate order and fast delivery please read each page's instructions
carefully and following them exactly.
The exact content of each screen will depend on how you have
selected to place and pay for your order (Secure Online Credit
Card, Pay Pal, Check/Money Order).
When your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation by email.
Keep this email for your records until your order has been
received.

Order Expiration
All orders are valid for 10 business days from the day the order
is received by ArtsNFlies.com. Payment in full must be received with in that time via
any payment method described on our Payments
Options page in order to
receive the price quoted on the invoice. ArtsNFlies.com reserves the
right to cancel or deny orders at any time after the 10th business day
if full payment has not been received. If the customer wishes
to continue with an online order cancelled due to non-payment he/she must
re-enter the order in full via our online system. Prices will be the
prevailing prices at the time of re-entry. Mail-order orders cancelled due
to non-payment must be pre-paid in full before the order is shipped. In
all cases ArtsNFlies.com reserves the right to charge a nominal restocking
fee for any item(s) re-ordered with in 60 calendar days after a previous order(s) (online or mail-order) has been cancelled due to non-payment.
Special Orders
ArtsNFlies.com is glad to work with our
customers for purchasing special items that are not as yet part of our
standard catalog offerings.If you are requesting custom flies or a
modification to a pattern we currently offer (a tailored fly) please

services. If you are requesting information about any other product
or service please contact us regarding
the items. If you are requesting a special order for any other
product (e.g. fly tying material or tool, book, video, equipment etc)
we will make a "best effort" to obtain the product. If the product can
be obtained we send you a price quote for the item. This quote is
valid for 10 business days from when we send it to you. Payment in
full must be received before we will process your request. At our
discretion, ArtsNFlies.com reserves the right to charge a 50%
non-refundable deposit on special orders. Special ordered items can
not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Telephone Orders
We understand that some customers are not yet
comfortable entering their credit card information into a web site.
If you wish to place your order by telephone
you may call us at 1-631-957-9591 between 9am and 9pm Eastern Time. Or, if you
prefer, contact us and provide your
telephone number, along with the best time to call, and we will call
you for your order (available for USA customers only).
Bulk Discounts
For customer who wish to purchase large quantities of our
flies or fly tying materials & tools a discount is available to
qualified orders. The amount of discount (if any) will vary
based on the size of the order.
A discount on flies is available for purchases of
3 dozen or more of a single pattern. For example 3 dozen Electric Clousers,
3 dozen Gray's End
Deceivers, etc). All flies must be purchased by the dozen to
qualify. Non-dozen patterns or mixed styles will be charged at regular price.
A discount on fly tying materials and
accessories (including fly tying tools) is available for purchases
per dozen, per style (color, size etc - ex: 12 red Krystal Flash, 12
white Bucktails, 12 jars Softex etc). Your total order must include
5 dozen or more
materials or tools. All materials must be purchased by the dozen, per style. Non-dozen materials or accessories will be charged at
regular price.
