receives items from our suppliers. However, there maybe a period when we
are temporarily out-of-stock on a particular item(s).
At this time our website and
shopping cart system is not capable of determining out-of-stock items at
the time you place your order. If you have any questions about the
availability of an item please contact us
before ordering.
In order to speed the process
and shipping of your order, depending on the particular out-of-stock
item(s), at our discretion we may wait on processing and shipping your
order until all requested items (flies, materials, tools, videos,
accessories, etc.) are in stock and ready to be sent in one shipment.
If you specifically request us not hold your order until all items are available
(i.e. ship each of your back ordered item(s)
as they become available) we reserve the right to include a nominal
shipping&handling charge for each additional package sent.
Back ordering is not available for international orders (domestic
USA only).
If Express Delivery is requested, to speed the
processing of your order we will ship all available in stock
items. Any out-of-stock items will be back ordered
or marked as out-of-stock at our discretion unless you specifically
request otherwise.
If back order is requested we will ship the back ordered item(s) via First Class Postal Mail.
There is no additional charge for First Class shipping of back ordered
items. You may request another shipping option for
your back ordered items.
If so requested, an additional shipping charge will be applied when the
back ordered item(s) are shipped.
When an item is out-of-stock
the name/description of the item will appear on the invoice, the
quantity of that item will be zero, per item price will be listed but
the total amount for that will be zero. The phrase "***Out-of-Stock***"
will appear next to the item description to indicate the item is
out-of-stock.
In all cases ArtsNFlies.com reserves the right to
make final determination as to placing items on back order or indicating
items as out-of-stock.
