The answer to Loading and Unloading Your Reels!

The Abrams Portable Line Winder is the perfect solution for quick and easy loading or unloading your reels with flyline.

To load line onto your reel simply attached your empty reel to the winder's reel seat and place a spool of fly on the handle. Use your favorite knot to attach the line to your backing and crank the reel's handle until loaded. Your done!

To unload flyline off your reel attached your  reel to the winder's reel seat and place an empty spool on the handle. Make a few wraps of fly line over the empty spool to let it "grip" the spool. Loosen the drag on your reel and crank the Winder's handle until you reach the knot at your backing. Snip the backing at the knot and your done!
